Naša qPCR odličnost
Znanje in izkušnje so ključ delavnic qPCR Experience podjetja BioSistemika’s, čigar korenine izhajajo iz prvega in najbolj izkušenega qPCR centra v Sloveniji - Nacionalnega inštituta za biologijo, kjer smo še zmeraj vpeti v raziskovalno delo na področju qPCR in mikromrež. Od leta 2002 smo prisotni tudi v mednarodni qPCR javnosti, kar je razvidno iz spodaj navedenih znanstvenih objav.
Praktične izkušnje iz področja znanosti, diagnostike, industrijskih raziskav ter odlične sposobnosti podajanja znanja tako mednarodni znanstveni, strokovni javnosti, mednarodnim združenjem kot tudi v okviru notranjih izobraževanj v podjetjih, bodo zagotovile visoko kakovost naših delavnic. Tako bodo področja kot so PCR v realnem času in z njim povezano raziskovanje ter reševanje težav pri delu v laboratoriju zagotovo predstavljena na jasen in profesionalen način.
Naši strokovnjaki so že od leta 2006 vključeni v organizacijo praktičnih delavnic qPCR za domače in mednarodne partnerje Nacionalnega inštituta za biologijo.

Spodnja shema prikazuje celoten prikaz dela, ki se nanaša na analizo izražanja genov s qPCR (PCR v realnem času), ene izmed najbolj uporabnih aplikacij qPCR. Obsega več stopenj, za vsako pa je potreben specifičen nabor vrlin. Na naših delavnicah vas bodo naši strokovnjaki seznanili s kritičnimi točkami v vseh korakih, podali rešitve in se o njih z vami pogovorili.
